6/23/19, Hair Length Update: top comes to the end of the cartilage on my nose, and the back sits at the top of my shoulder. Shrinkage is Brutal!
Washed my hair with As I Am Clarity Shampoo, conditioned with AS I Am Leave-in Conditioner, sealed in my moisture with aloe vera and argan oil, and used Camille Rose Curl Maker to define my curls. We’ll see what happens tomorrow when it’s dry.
I did a wash-n-go to see how it works instead of doing finger coils. My hope is it turns out, so I don’t have to do all that work. Also, I will see if I need to add the Curls Goddess Curls Botanical Gelle to keep my hair from getting fuzzy within 1 day. I sweat in my head and this is a problem. The Gel has worked to help my styles last longer.
6/24/19, I cannot believe the curls I have. I have fine, low porosity hair. My hair has more definition than any other product I have tried. I have fine hair and usually it is frizzy and I can never tell if my hair is shiny although people always tell me my hair looks nice. This time I have less frizz, and I could actually see that my hair was moisturized and shiny.
I did not need to add the Curls Goddess Curls Botanical Gelle. The Camille Rose Curl Maker had plenty of hold for my fine hair. I did put a little As I Am Long and Luxe GroHair Oil on my hair to relieve some of the crunch. I will just have to pay the money for Camille Rose because it works for my hair. Also, I will try the Camille Rose Curl Love Moisture Milk as my leave-in next time because I had some flaking using the AS I Am Leave-in Conditioner with it. I will also try using less of the Curl Maker. Trial and Error on Steroids!!
