July 5, 2018, I found a combination that works better than the Shea Moisture Curl Stretch Pudding and Design Essentials Bamboo & Silk HCO leave-in conditioner to lay my edges.
I used the CURLS Goddess CURLS Botancial Gelle in place of the leave-in conditioner.
Finally, Epic Success!!! The CURLS Goddess CURLS Botancial Gelle not only laid down my edges, but it also kept them from being poofy. I can live with this until my hair grows out more on my sides.
